Rooted in Truth. Aligned by Design.

Helping women uncover the freedom to be themselves.

Welcome! I’m JuJu.

I am here to guide you into deeper embodiment, healing, and self-discovery.

My journey has been anything but conventional. It is woven with profound loss, resilience, and an unshakable search for truth and freedom.

Born and raised in a small town in North Carolina, I arrived two years after my older brother and just a year and a half before my younger brother. Before I turned two, my father tragically passed away, leaving my mother to raise three young children on her own. We found solace in the family dairy farm just down the road, a place that became the backdrop of my earliest memories.

At the age of five, another loss shook our family and the local community: the passing of my beloved grandfather, Paw Paw, who owned and operated the farm. His tragic death was a defining moment, deepening my connection to the cycles of life and loss. Eventually, my mother remarried, and life took us on a journey through different towns and across states. These experiences shaped me, challenging me to understand identity, belonging, and transformation in profound ways.

Through the years, my path has led me to uncover the power of embodiment, somatic healing, and Human Design as tools for true self-liberation. I am here to help others break free from societal conditioning, heal from trauma, and reclaim their fullest expression of self.

I began dancing at age five and quickly fell in love with the way movement could release what words couldn’t. These days, my dance is intuitive, free-flowing, deeply embodied, and guided by how my body wants to move, not by steps or choreography.

That love of movement sparked an equal passion for music. I’m always discovering new songs and albums, often letting the same track loop for days if it resonates. Music, like movement, is medicine.

My journey has taken me to homes in Texas, Utah, Hawaii, and always back to the sea. The ocean is where I feel most at home, most connected. Salt air, bare feet, soul wide open.

Yoga found me in 2004 in a YMCA class in Charlotte, NC. I didn’t know then that it would become a lifelong companion. In 2012, I met a teacher (and now dear friend) who introduced me to a slower, alignment-focused practice that invited me in more deeply. In 2015, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Bella Vita Yoga. My yoga heart beats for breath-led movement, trauma-sensitive practices, and the spacious stillness of yoga nidra.

Along the way, I’ve studied Reiki Energy work and Human Design, which continue to be a source of insight and awe in my continued studies. These practices, woven into everyday life, keep me grounded and attuned.

Coaching called to me in 2021. I completed a year-long, ICF-accredited program through Lumia Coaching and continued with advanced training. I now hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation and am committed to lifelong learning as a practitioner and guide.

I studied business and accounting at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill—skills I’ve carried with me, even as I’ve walked a very different path. That time of study, growth, and play continues to serve me.

Today, I live in Nashville, TN, with my partner, who teaches at a local university, and our incredible son, who reminds me every day what a blessing it is to be alive and to witness life through fresh, wonder-filled eyes.

My days are filled with what lights me up: dancing, curating playlists, being outside, hiking, walking, picnicking, making up stories with my son (especially about a kid named Magic Boy), creating art, playing with design, sound healing naps, yoga nidra, and cooking with the seasons. I love honoring the sacred in the everyday.

What fills my cup most of all is holding space, a safe, sacred, nonjudgmental space for other women doing the deep inner work of awakening. I am honored to walk with you as you discover, embrace, and expand into your fullest, truest expression and unfold into the freedom to be who you are.

I look forward to walking beside you when you’re ready.

With peace,
